Small Update: Done with Meds

I finished my IV meds on Tuesday night. Thank goodness! I went for a checkup last week, and my doctor felt it best to continue for a third week. It was not exactly what I wanted to do, but I understood the reasoning behind it and it did make sense. But still, not exactly fun. It's so nice to get back to normal life. I'm back to work, which I'm actually very glad about. It gets boring, not working. The days start to run together, filled with TV shows, movies, games, a few productive bursts, but a very loose structure. It's also nice to be able to have caffeine again; I really started to miss my coffee variety. I could drink decaf, but here at our house we keep about 2-4 coffees on hand at one time so we can rotate what we make. Only being able to drink one decaf flavor got boring. I can also enjoy a soda while dining out if I'd like to, and it doesn't have to be Sprite. And I can enjoy a beer again! Or wine!
