An odd question

I have had something bugging me for quite some time now. I didn't think of it too often, but occasionally a conversation topic would come up, and there was the nagging question, that I once more forgot to look up online.

Well, I have finally found the answer and my brain is at peace.

The topic: soda. Specifically Sierra Mist.

The question: What was the soda that came before Sierra Mist? It was a Pepsi product, lemon lime, and I remember that I liked it a lot. I do not like Sierra Mist, and I remember that I was very disappointed once all restaurants phased this soda out and solely carried Sierra Mist.

The answer is Slice! Anyone else remember it? I'd say there's a good chance that everyone reading will remember it. But yeah! The orange flavor of it was pretty good too. This picture isn't exactly how I remember the design of the can, but oh well (if you're curious, the can I remember was black with a blurb-comic-book-type bubble on it that was a bright green and said Slice in the middle.)

I cannot even explain how oddly happy I am that I have finally figured this out.
